When to Take a Break from Your Business
Hey everyone, I am back for another update on how my online business is progressing.
Long story short, I have found myself in the state of information overload.
Over the past couple of weeks, I have been taking some time to invest in some few study materials that would help me with my business.
Now that I have completed my immergence in the information, I have found myself in a state of confusion.
There is simply way too many things that I want to do.
I’ve lost passion in my business
If you have been following along on my blog so far, you may know that I have been promoting weight loss products. Even though I’ve made some money in the niche, I have lost all passion in this topic as I do not want to nor need to lose weight myself.
I am presented with a dilemma of whether or not to abandon this niche which I have made progress in for something I am truly passionate about.
Having spent so much time building my email list to over 2000 contacts and learning the ins and outs of the weight loss business, I have found it hard to let this go.
This feeling is quite similar to breaking up with someone of which you know will not work out.
If you’ve been through that situation, you will probably know what I mean. Although it might be the right move, starting over fresh can be quite difficult.
With that being said, I think I would need to spend some time figuring what I really want to accomplish in my business and taking a break from it may give me some clarity.
Time to reorient
In the meantime, I will try to return to my roots of personal development and practicing my basic finance skills. This is something that I have neglected for the last little while.
With things at work not going so great, I’ve been more than determined to replace active work income with my business.
This hustle and stress with all of this has made me too desperate to leave my job and has resulted to an unclear mind.
Anyhow, I know it’s not the best of news but I really do hope that things with you are going much better.
Like always, I will provide an update to my situation when I have all of this sorted out.
Thanks for reading my post.
