My 2020 Retirement Plan (End Game)
This post here is here the continuation of what I wrote about last time.
As a short recap, I have most recently realized the importance of building my passive income. The goal that I have set for myself is $4,000 passive income monthly.
The sooner that I reach the goal, the more time I will have to pursue the things that I want in my life. Ultimately, fast track is the first step to achieving my million endeavour.
On a side note, I have decided to approach my post through a picture this time. I have taken a photo of my notepad instead of trying to type everything out in an organized fashion. I will be doing this more often in the future!
As promised, here is the break down of my passive income in the year 2020 (the year which I plan to retire):
The Breakdown
Hey Jeff, I like how clear your goals are and you know how you’re going to achieve each section is laser like focus. You know what your success looks like.
Tristan
Thanks Tristan you do too. 🙂
It is good to have a well written plan like this. It helps to visualise the goal. Ours is a little more fluffy for now.
It is interesting to see how you plan to diversify the income over different streams.
What is the reasoning for a 10oct yield on stock investing. I use a much lower one in our planning.
Good luck with the execution.
It is a 10% yearly goal. Seems more than reasonable by the year 2020 as my knowledge in stock investing is progressing right now.
My biggest post retirement plan, as of now, is to embark on a Europe trip. Sounds a bit incongruous I know but achievable as far as my finances are concerned. 🙂
Travelling is definitely on the top of my list when I retire at 30!!
